1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned if:

- Requested within 30 days of delivery

- Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items include:

- Custom or special-order products

- Items marked “Final Sale”

- Items marked "Covered by manufacturer warranty"

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

- Contact our support team at  support@texaspumpservice.com or  (844) 656-FUEL

- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

- Package the item securely and include the RA number

- Ship to the address provided in your return instructions

Note: Each item is serialized and will be cross referenced with the sale. Returns without an RA number may be refused.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- If the item was defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

 

5. Exchanges

Need a different item? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same eligibility and process as returns.

 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The item was defective

- The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

7. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially bulk or commercial orders. This will be disclosed during the return authorization process.
